I had purchased a very green 3 yr old filly. Savanna was new to my area and close by so I reached out to see if she had an opening. Prior to taking her, Savanna quizzed me about my plans and what direction I was wanting to go with my filly.

I was really impressed that Savanna updated me regularly on my filly’s progress during her training and that she she took care of her like one of her own.

Weather sometimes posed an issue due to the time of year, but Savanna made it a point, when needed, to haul to an indoor facility or a suitable place to ride to keep her headed in the right direction.

I stopped by a couple of times to watch when Savanna was working my filly. She is quiet handed and very patient with a young horse.

I was very pleased when I rode my filly for the first time after she came home at how soft and responsive she was and how much progress she had made during her training.

I have had the privilege of having Savanna represent and ride a horse that I was selling as well as ride a young horse for me. She took the horse that I was selling and had him clocking in the 1D in tough Oklahoma competition and was able to assist the buyer on how to set him up in his runs. She also rode a 4 year old for me and had him clocking .5 off. She does a great job on training, seasoning, and representing horses. It is easy to ride behind her and she treats her outside horses as if they were her own. She is great in the management of needing to increase/decrease feed, awareness of lameness or dental issues.

I recently bought Evander, a 5 year old barrel gelding, Savanna had trained. As soon as I got on him I was so impressed by the handle she had put on him.
